PURPOSE: A streetlamp glancing angle adjusting device is provided to adjust an optimal lightning range for the sight of a driver or a pedestrian by adjusting a streetlamp glancing angle. CONSTITUTION: A streetlamp glancing angle adjusting device includes a support coupling unit(20), an adjusting cover, and a support bracket(40). The support coupling unit includes a support coupling bolt hole(21) for coupling a support with a streetlamp. The adjusting cover is integrally formed with the support coupling unit. The adjusting cover is formed into a dome. The adjusting cover includes an outer thread formed inside. A bolt coupling hole composed of one or more bands is formed on a predetermined area of both sides formed into a dome.
