PURPOSE: A roasting kettle with a temperature sensor in a coffee machine is provided to optimally roast coffee beans by accurately detecting a roasting point. CONSTITUTION: A roasting kettle with a temperature sensor in a coffee machine comprises a temperature sensing member(100), an insertion hole for the temperature sensing member, a receiving groove, a nut, and a central control unit. The receiving groove is concavely formed corresponding to the width of a sensing plate unit(110). The sensing plate is placed in the receiving groove. The nut is connected to the screw part of a body part(120). The central control unit receives temperature information from the temperature sensing member, and controls the roasting state of coffee beans. |
