PURPOSE: A data transmitting method on a network is provided to increase data transmission speed according to direct communication between nodes. CONSTITUTION: IDs of nodes included on a network are registered in a transmission grant node(S10). The transmission grant node transmits transmission grant information to nodes included on a network(S20). The transmission grant information includes ID of a node for approving packet transmission. The nodes included on the network compares an ID included in the transmission grant information(S30). A transmission node having ID matched with the ID included in the transmission grant information transmits a data packet to the nodes(S50).
