PURPOSE: An LED fluorescent light including a UPS unit is provided to minimize the generation of a situation that a fluorescent light is not working during power failure by maintaining a full-charged state of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery(210) is charged with power supplied from a constant voltage unit(80) by a charging unit(220). A full-charged sensing unit(230) senses a charging state of the battery to transmit a signal to a controller(60). A power failure sensing unit(240) senses power failure according to an on-off state of an interrupter switch. A discharge switch(250) is connected with an output line of the battery. A power failure notifying unit(260) is lit when the battery is discharged in an on state of the switch. An overdischarge preventing unit(270) prevents the discharge of the battery.
