PURPOSE: An optical device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to consist of ultrapure parent metals, thereby to decrease lowering of the degree of a vacuum inside of the manufacturing device by impurity. CONSTITUTION: Purity of a parent metal varies from 99.999% to 99.9999999%. An upper side of the parent metal includes a reflective surface(200). The reflective surface reflects input light. Porosity of the parent metal and the reflective surface varies from 0.00000001 vol% to 1 vol%.
