PURPOSE: A fluorinated acrylic resin composition is provided to have more excellent processability than existing fluorinated resins by comprising a fluorine-modified urethane acrylate by a reaction with isocyanate, and to have excellent ozone resistance. CONSTITUTION: A fluorinated acrylic resin composition comprises a polymer obtained by copolymerizing monomer components. The monomer component comprises 4-35 wt% of fluorine-containing acrylate or fluorine-containing methacrylate, 25-50 wt% of acrylic acid or an ester monomer thereof, 5-12 wt% of a hydroxyl group-containing functional acrylate, 1-2 wt% of a radical polymerization initiator, and 25-35 wt% of a solvent. A fluorinated-modified urethane acrylate composition is obtained by reacting the fluorinated acrylic resin composition with isocyanate.
