<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process a small amount of fish of various kinds or a large amount of fish in different sizes, and automatically conduct a cutting and bone removing process for taking meat at a good yield even from such fish as daggertooth pike conger. <P>SOLUTION: The width of fish bodies entering a process position where the fish bodies are cut by a pair of right and left bone cutting round blades 68, is sequentially sensed by a sensitive roller 80.
