<p>Provided is a low-cost wire rope flaw detecting apparatus which is applicable to a plurality of wire rope diameters. This wire rope flaw detecting apparatus is provided with: at least two pairs of magnetic sensor units (30a, 30b), each of which is integrally configured with a magnetizer (10), and includes planar coils (33a, 33b), which are disposed in the direction substantially parallel to a magnetic circuit (14) within a predetermined section of a wire rope (1) such that the coils face each other with the magnetic circuit therebetween, said magnetic circuit being formed due to a magnetizer (10); and an adjusting mechanism (50), which can change an interval between at least the two pairs of magnetic sensor units, corresponding to a diameter of the wire rope.</p> |
