<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a parts-supplying apparatus that can align parts loaded in bulk without designing special tools and special hands for a wide variety of parts. <P>SOLUTION: The parts-supplying apparatus includes: a means for sorting the parts P loaded in bulk in a predetermined posture; a temporarily placing table 150 on which parts are placed for recognizing the arranged parts P; a 2-D vision sensor 140 for two-dimensionally recognizing the positions and postures of the parts P placed on the temporarily placing table 150; a plurality of vertical articulated robots 110, 120, 130 for aligning the parts P placed on the temporarily placing table 150 by changing the positions and postures of the parts based on the recognition result recognized by the 2-D vision sensor 140; and an aligning pallet 160 on which the parts P aligned by the plurality of vertical articulated robots are placed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
