<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing device in which an ionizer for blowing antistatic gas can be easily incorporated by retrofitting, and a screen printing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the screen printing device, the ionizer 22 is arranged for blowing the antistatic gas 26 made by mixing compressed air with antistatic ions to a lower surface of a substrate 10 at a substrate underlaid bracket part 7 for receiving the substrate 10 by an underlaid bracket pin 21. The ionizer 22 includes a power generation means using the compressed air supplied via an air supply pipe 25 as a driving source. The antistatic gas 26, made by mixing the antistatic ions produced by electric power generated by the power generation means to the compressed air, is blown out upward. Thereby, the device can make its inside wiring for supplying power to the ionizer 22 unnecessary, and the ionizer 22 for blowing the antistatic gas 26 can be easily incorporated into the device by retrofitting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
