The present invention relates to a support for a portable terminal which can prevent the portable terminal from being overheated. The support for a portable terminal includes: a front wall on which one surface of the portable terminal is closely attached and mounted, the front wall having an empty rectangular shape; a rear wall spaced a predetermined distance from the front wall to define an empty space between the front wall and the rear wall, the rear wall including an insulation layer; a lower wall through which at least one through hole communicating with the empty space and the outside is defined; left and right walls through which one or more through holes communicating with the empty space and the outside are defined, respectively; and a holder extending from each of the left and right walls and bent forward from the front wall, the holder pushing the portable terminal backward by an elastic force to allow the portable terminal to be closely attached to the front wall. Thus, according to the present invention, radiant heat transmitted into the portable terminal may be blocked, and also, heat generated in the portable terminal may be effectively released to prevent the portable terminal from being overheated. |
