<p>An internal gear pump comprising a gear ring (13) for internal mesh, a small gear (12) that meshes with a part of the teeth of the gear ring (13), a pump body disposed with the internal gear ring (13) and the small gear (12), a tapered ring-shaped space formed between the gear ring (13) and the round part at the top of the teeth of the small gear (12), a shimming assembly (9) disposed in the ring-shaped space and formed by a main shimming piece (91) and a secondary shimming piece (92) complementary to the main shimming piece (91), one end of the secondary shimming piece (92) being movably connected to the main shimming piece (91). The advantages are: the shimming assembly (9) having dual axial centers enables pre-set pressure conditions, and has absolute features of dual-direction and angular pressure maintenance; in the presence of the pressure returned from an exit end, the secondary shimming piece (92) and the main shimming piece (91) of the shimming assembly are pushed open to two sides at an angle so as to achieve optimal pressure maintenance, the secondary shimming piece (92) and the main shimming piece (91) having dual axial centers; as pressure increases, the sealing effect enhances.</p> |
