<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate set of an area of interest in operating a catheter by hands. <P>SOLUTION: An image computation and storage unit 10 stores first fluoroscopic image data in which a blood vessel of an object is not imaged, and second fluoroscopic image data in which the blood vessel is imaged by an imaging agent administered on the object. The image computation and storage unit 10 performs image processing of the first fluoroscopic image data and specifies a catheter region included in an fluoroscopic image. The image computation and storage unit 10 performs image processing of the second fluoroscopic image data and extracts a blood vessel region included in the second fluoroscopic image data.
