摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a startup time of a voltage converter compared with the conventional art while preventing overdischarge of a main battery. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply control system 10 has: a main battery 12; a sub battery 14 consisting of a secondary battery; and a voltage converter 16 on whose primary side the main battery 12 is connected and on whose secondary side the sub battery 14 is connected, and performing voltage conversion between the primary side and the secondary side depending on a voltage conversion rate d. The power supply control system 10 further has a controller 18 for setting the voltage conversion rate d so that an initial voltage value of a secondary side voltage V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of the voltage converter 16 is a terminal voltage value V<SB POS="POST">SB</SB>of the sub battery 14 at the startup of the voltage converter 16, and controlling the voltage conversion rate d so as to increase the secondary side voltage V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>from the initial voltage value to a target voltage value V<SB POS="POST">T</SB>after the secondary side voltage V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>reaches the initial voltage value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
