<p>A solid-state imaging device (10) of one embodiment of the present invention is provided with multiple unit pixels (101) arranged in a matrix, and is further provided with: multiple line A/D converters (120) which are disposed on each line of the multiple unit pixels (101), and which convert analog signals of a corresponding line of unit pixels (101) to digital signals; and a clamp arithmetic circuit (190) which calculates an optical black clamp value representing an optical black level from the digital signals of the unit pixels (101) converted by the multiple line A/D converters (120). The clamp arithmetic circuit (190) calculates an optical black clamp value from the previous optical black clamp value, and an addition mean value obtained by adding up and averaging the digital signals from after the previous optical black clamp value was calculated to the time when a prescribed count value is reached, and a prescribed count time is controlled on the basis of the addition mean value.</p> |
