<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delay transition to a suspend power mode to update termination. <P>SOLUTION: A computing device is operated in a first power mode, and an update task is executed as at least one non-interactive task. Detection of a request asking for making the computing device into a second power mode is included, and the system resource consumed in the second power mode is less than that in the first power mode.
