<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sintered component, capable of easily and effectively correcting a warpage of a sheet sintered compact, which is caused during sintering. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a sintered compact include: performing sintering treatment with a sheet molding obtained by pressure-molding metal powder being placed on a lower refractory plate. The lower refractory plate has an opening or recess, and the molding is placed on the lower refractory plate so as to cover the opening or recess of the lower refractory plate. The method includes a step of performing sizing treatment on the sintered compact which has been warped so that the lower refractory plate side is protruded by the sintering treatment by a first punch having a convex surface and a second punch having a concave surface corresponding to the convex surface. The warped sintered compact is disposed between the first punch and the second punch so that the protruding direction of the warpage is opposite to the protruding direction of the convex surface of the first punch, and subjected to the sizing treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
