<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device that can suppress unexpected sliding movement of a seat. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle seat device includes: a lock mechanism that restricts sliding movement of the seat; and a motor to perform restriction and its release by the lock mechanism based on the operation of an operation switch. Moreover, when performing release of restriction by the lock mechanism based on the operation of the operation switch, an ECU is provided to control the motor to keep a state in which the restriction by the lock mechanism is performed until when a release condition (a vehicle speed release condition which is satisfied when the vehicle speed is zero when the operation switch is operated) set beforehand other than the operation of the operation switch is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
