An installation to incorporate a gas phase into a liquid phase in at least one container, wherein each gas incorporation installation in each container comprises a system for regulation of the gas flow and a system for incorporation of the gas phase into the liquid phase, and a third system to avoid the inundation of said installation after an abrupt interruption of the gas flow; the third system comprises a first device (13) after the gas regulation system, and a second device (14) prior to the gas phase incorporation system. The first device comprises an instantaneous seal mechanism that impedes counter flow of the gas phase from the container towards the gas regulation system when the gas flow (4) is interrupted, and the second device comprises a double resistance mechanism to counter the flow of fluids that tend to retrocede when the supply of gas flow is interrupted.
