<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device having a plurality of power conversion circuits in which semiconductor modules belonging thereto are laminated, the power conversion device reducing interference of surge voltage between the power conversion circuits. <P>SOLUTION: Slits 100 and 102 are arranged in a positive electrode connection plate 66 to which positive electrode terminals 28, 36 and 48 of a plurality of electric power conversion circuits are connected. Positive electrode bus bar part 78 of the positive electrode connection plate defines: a first inverter corresponding region 94 connected through a positive electrode connection piece 80a to the positive electrode terminal 36 of a first inverter that is a power conversion circuit; a second inverter corresponding region 96 connected through a positive electrode connection piece 80b to the positive electrode terminal 48 of a second inverter that is a power conversion circuit; and a step-up converter corresponding region 98 connected through a positive electrode connection piece 80c to the positive electrode terminal 28 of a step-up converter that is a power conversion circuit.
