<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which allows a subject to experience the bodily sensation of the strength of a specimen. <P>SOLUTION: A device 1 comprises a base plate 2 to be placed on a floor surface FL, a stool 3 on which the feet of a subject M are to be placed, and a pulling tool 4 to be pulled upward by the subject M, allowing the subject to experience the bodily sensation of the strength of a specimen 6. The stool 3 has a hole part 18 piercing through in the vertical direction. The top face 2u of the base plate 2 is provided with a fixing tool 14 which detachably supports a first component 11 alone of the specimen 6 including the first component 11 and a second component 12 which is bonded on the first component 11 and has a shape larger than the hole part 18 so as not to pass through the hole part 18.
