RICE STARCH-CONTAINING FLOUR, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new rice starch-containing flour containing nutritional components such as protein and fat which are included in rice grains without being eliminated while swelling as well as the rice starch: and to provide a new method for producing the rice starch-containing flour at low cost.

SOLUTION: The rice starch-containing flour includes rice starch grains 11 internally included in amyloplast 13 constituting starch cells 10 in rice grains 1 in a single-grain state, and contains other constituents included in the amyloplast 13 and the rice grains 1 in a pulverized state.
