<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling the number of operating boilers that decreases the number of stops of the boilers, in order to achieve energy saving and CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>emission reduction in the number of operating boilers. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a steam requirement computing part 2 that uses input information input at an input part 1 to predict steam requirement of production facilities or a customer; a number-of-operating-boilers plan computing part 3 that calculates the maximum starting number of the boilers during an operation plan period to calculate header pressures for the start/stop of each boiler to be started, on the basis of the steam requirement predicted by the steam requirement computing part 2 and a boiler-state amount input at the input part; and a boiler operation instruction part 4 that instructs a boiler operation condition on the basis of a result of the operation plan planed by the number-of-operating-boilers plan computing part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
