<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive system which generates no torque cutoff even when making a jump downshifting from the maximum speed gear. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle drive system includes: a first gear train (21, 29, 30, 32, 33, 36, 45, and 47) speed changing a rotative power from a first driving power source 2 and transmitting it to an output shaft 41, and changeable to a plurality of speed change gears; a second gear train (22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 42, 44, and 46) speed changing a rotative power from a second driving power source 5 and transmitting it to the output shaft 41, and changeable to a plurality of speed change gears; and a first switching mechanism 35 switchably connecting and disconnecting a predetermined rotative element 29 in the first gear train, and a predetermined rotative element 25 in the second gear train. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
