<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a setting area for a device relatively to the amount of treating an edible oil in recycling the edible oil by using a granular treatment agent. <P>SOLUTION: The edible oil recycling device includes: an oil discharge tube 3 which penetrates the bottom of an oil reservoir 20 in the vertical direction, whose upper side is closed and whose lower side is opened, and which has inlets 30a composed of a plurality of openings formed at regular intervals in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction for forcedly discharging the edible oil Y introduced into the oil reservoir 20 by using the inlets 30a; storage tubes 5 disposed on paper filters F for storing the treatment agent S at a fixed thickness within; and a plurality of oil guides 4 disposed under the paper filters F inside the oil reservoir 20 for guiding the edible oil Y permeating the treatment agent S and the paper filters F to the inlets of the oil discharge tube 3 and provided as paired with the paper filter F, the treatment agent S and the storage tube 5 in such a way as layered on one another in the vertical direction in the same number of stages as that of the inlets of the oil discharge tube 3.
