摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method in which, in a clinical examination using the substance originating from a living thing such as blood, as a sample, only a component to be detected can be detected with high sensitivity by being kept as it is without previously removing a biological material such as a corpuscle component other than an object to be detected. <P>SOLUTION: A nanocarbon such as a single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) emits near infrared light by photoexcitation and such emission is utilized, the near infrared light emitted by the detected object is utilized for detection by labeling a detection probe by the nanocarbon, thereby capable of detecting only a component to be detected with high sensitivity by being kept as it is without previously removing a biological material such as a corpuscle component other than an object to be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
