<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit that prevents noise propagation of a switching element, and a drive apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The control unit 3 for controlling a motor 2 includes a power input line 791, a power output line 23, a power module 60 having a plurality os MOSs, a power terminal 65 and a heat sink 50. The heat sink 50 supports the power module 60. The power terminal 65 is magnetically connected to the power output line 23 and the power input line 791. The heat sink 50 has a parallel plane which is parallel to the power module 60 and the power terminal 65. The power module 60 and the power terminal 65 are provided in parallel to the parallel plane of the heat sink 50. A magnetic field generated from a current flowing to the MOS and the power terminal 65 is canceled with the magnetic field generated by an eddy current flowing to the heat sink 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
