<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly complete a group reservation. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 3 provides a member with an invitation page for inviting a reservation for shared use by multiple members via Internet 1. The member can make an organization application for organizing the invitation of the reservation for the use from a communication device 2-1. An organizing member can change an invitation condition and raise/drop a fee until an invitation period passes. Also, a member whose reservation application is approved can drop a fee in a non-reserved reservation slot by using a communication device 2-2.
