<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a selective removal device for saline mist the pressure loss of which is low, which can be replaced easily with another, and which functions in a compact and quick manner; and a highly reliable analysis apparatus aiming at removal of an interfering component without fail during measurement using such a removal device for saline mist to achieve a high measurement precision. <P>SOLUTION: A removal device 1 for saline mist in process exhaust gas, in which a scrubber 6 for removing saline mist including an inorganic porous material or heat-resistant fiber as a main material, and a precision filter 7 for removing fine dust including a precision filter material are serially arranged and integrated in one storage member 4, and the storage member 4 is controlled to be at a temperature 150°C or lower, at which water in the exhaust gas does not condense. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
