<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged viscous food that allows drawing lines by discharging the viscous food contained in a container out of a spout. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged viscous food is either a second-state food obtained by adding a gelling agent in a second processing step (STEP12) to a first-state food to provide a predetermined viscosity, the first-state food being obtained by crushing a colored natural product through a first processing step (STEP11), or a third-state food obtained by subjecting the second-state food to a third processing step (STEP13) which is a heating process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
