<p>[Problem] To provide a food conveying cart that uses flat trays and is capable of easily changing the proportions of spaces for reheating/warm-stored foods and spaces for refrigerated foods without performing special adjustments. [Solution] A food conveying cart that partitions the food placement surfaces (4a) of trays into a space where food to be kept warm is placed and a space where refrigerated food is placed by partitioning a warm storage box and a refrigerator that are horizontally adjacent with a movable partition wall and inserting trays (4) with a flat food placement surface horizontally into the movable partition wall. The trays (4) have, on the bottom surfaces thereof, grooves (4d - 4f) that are formed at positions that are shifted from the center of the long sides and are parallel to the short sides. The movable partition wall has projections (12a), which engage with the grooves, on frame parts (12) where the trays (4) are inserted. By selecting one of the multiple grooves (4d - 4f) and/or flipping the direction of insertion, the ratio of the space for placement of warm-stored food to the space for placement of refrigerated food is changed.</p> |
