<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article support that secures high strength in which a plate member arranged with insertion holes is not bent. <P>SOLUTION: The article support 100 includes: an upper plate 1 arranged with the insertion holes 1H; side plates 2 formed by bending an extension part downward at an end edge of the upper plate 1; and an intermediate plate arranged with insertion holes. The adjoining side plates 2 are connected with each other. The intermediate plate 3 is disposed at a position separated from the upper plate 1 in a region surrounded by the side plates 2.
