<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having energy-saving effect in an ingredient defrosting process by automatically terminating cooking only by a grill cooker even with respect to frozen ingredients. <P>SOLUTION: A detachable cooking pan 4 provided with a heat sink 18 is placed inside of a grill housing 2 of a grill device 1, a preset first prescribed input is output to a heating control means 11 to be applied to an upper heating means 5 and a lower heating means 6 when a temperature converted by a cooking ingredient temperature converting means 20 reaches about -5°C, when a frozen fish grill course for cooking the frozen ingredient, of an operating part 13 is selected, start of time measurement is informed to a timing part 12 when it is detected that the temperature reaches about 60°C, a second prescribed input is output, and heating output is controlled so that the second prescribed input is continuously applied to the heating control means 11 until the measured time reaches a preset first prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
