4-ALPHA-GLUCANOTRANSFERASE-AMYLOSE COMPLEX AND THE APPLICATIONS OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A complex of 4-alpha-glucanotrasnferase and amylose is provided to prepare a transglycosylation product and to manufacture modified starch. CONSTITUTION: A method for selectively isolating pure 4-alpha-glucanotransferase from a coenzyme mixture comprises a step of mixing the coenzyme mixture containing 4-alpha-glucanotransferase with insoluble amylose, insoluble starch, or chemical or enzymetic modified material thereof. The enzyme is selectively isolated from the coenzyme mixture of sequence number 1 or 2. A method for preparing a complex of 4-alpha-glucanotransferase and insoluble glycosyl donor comprises a step o mixing the insoluble glycosyl donor with a 4-alpha-glucatransferase enzyme solution. The insoluble glycosyl donor is insoluble amylose or starch or chemical or enzymetic modified material thereof.
