PURPOSE: An anaerobic digestion apparatus for food waste is provided to ensure stability for the apparatus by maximizing biogas productivity in a gas treatment part. CONSTITUTION: An anaerobic digestion apparatus for food waste includes a storing part(10), a pretreatment part(20), an anaerobic digestion part(30), a sludge treatment part(40), and a gas treatment part(50). The pretreatment part removes impurities from food waste. The gas treatment part treats biogas generated from the anaerobic digestion part. The pretreatment part gradually pretreats the food waste by using a pulverization and classifying unit(21), a pulper(22), a drum screen(23), a cyclone(24), and a sediment bath(25).
