CONSTITUTION: A producing method of black garlic seasoned kimchi with improved storage property comprises the following steps: mixing seasonings; heating the seasonings while stirring with a spatula at 85 deg. C for 10 minutes for concentrating; cooling the seasoning at 0-10 deg. C; and mixing 100 parts of black garlic by weight and 180-220 parts of seasonings by weight. The seasonings include high fructose corn syrup, anchovy sauce, seasoning liquid, red pepper powder, sugar, and other ingredients.
