A fuel dispenser is disclosed having first 12 and second 14 cylinders adapted to contain respective first 16 and second 18 fluids, one being fuel and the other being typically a fuel additive such as a lubricant. First 30 and second 32 pistons in the cylinders displace the fluids through outlets and into a mixing line 54. The dispenser allows the volume of fluids displaced from each cylinder to be accurately controlled, and adjusted in order to change the ratios. The adjustable aperture can comprise an aperture in the piston head 72, allowing the fluid contained in the cylinder 78 between the piston and the outlet to pass into or through the piston.
