<p>PURPOSE: A photoelectric cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the effectiveness of the cell by capturing optical energy. CONSTITUTION: Multiple pillars respectively have one or more side surfaces and are formed on a semiconductor substrate. A P-N junction is formed under the side surface of the pillar. A photoelectric cell is formed on the semiconductor substrate by etching a part of the semiconductor substrate.</p> |
