Foot switch with foot detection

摘要

The switch (1) has proximity sensors (10, 11) e.g. ultrasonic sensors, arranged at a space before an actuating element (2). An electronic circuit controls a signal output during sensor-detected approach of a foot towards the actuating element so that a signal generator delivers an optical and/or acoustic signal. The signal generator is connected to the signal output. The signal generator is arranged outside the switch and transmission-effectively connected with the signal output. The actuating element is surrounded by two blocking elements (4).
