PURPOSE: A production apparatus for chewy and tasty rice cake or rice is provided to spray a desired amount of steam into a waterway using a spray nozzle for mixing moisture into rice cake or rice. CONSTITUTION: A production apparatus for chewy and tasty rice cake or rice comprises the following: a control system installed inside a lower case; a storage tank installed on one side of the control system; an operation unit installed on one side of the storage tank; an upper case closing an opening of the lower case; a heating unit(340) combined to the upper side of a guiding pipe unit; a lower body of the operation unit installed on a heater; an insertion hole installed on the outer periphery of the heating unit and including a combining space(341) on the lower side; and a spray port installed on an upper body for combining a spray nozzle to be connected to a hose.
