PURPOSE: A terminal device having a docking station is provided to prevent a portable terminal and a docking station from being separated. CONSTITUTION: A locking device(130) includes a movable holding unit between a locking location and an unlocking location. One end of the locking unit is inserted into a holding groove of a portable terminal. One end of the holding unit is separated from the holding groove of the portable terminal. An operation unit(140) generates a signal for locking or unlocking the locking device. A control unit controls the operation of the locking device according to a signal of the operation unit.
