PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a naturally degradable food container using a plant fiber powder is provided to prevent deintercalation of an inorganic filler by increasing adhesiveness between the inorganic filler and a polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a naturally degradable food container using a plant fiber powder comprises the following steps: coating the surface of an inorganic filler with photolysis; coating the surface of an inorganic filler with the biodecomposable resin; mixing the inorganic filler from the first step and the inorganic filler from the second step with the plant fiber powder and a polyolefin resin, and extruding the same; crystallizing the extruded product from the third step; and molding by using the granulated product from the previous step. In the first step, 30-200 parts by weight of the photolysis is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the inorganic filler. In the second step, 10-200 parts by weight of the biodecomposable resin is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the inorganic filler. In the third step, 10-200 parts b weight of the inorganic filler of the first step, 50-300 parts by weight of the inorganic filler of the second step, and 1-200 parts by weight of the plant fiber powder are roll mixing milled based on 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin resin.
