PURPOSE: An ultrasonic diagnosis device and a control program thereof are provided to simply align a position by easily displaying a real-time ultrasonic of the same cross section as a reference medical image. CONSTITUTION: An input unit inputs a reference medical image of a cross section. The cross section includes a specific part which specifies a position. A reference medical image display control unit(55) displays the reference medical image of the cross section based on volume data of the reference medical image. An indication marker display control unit(56) displays an indication marker which shows the position.
