TWO-WAY RAID CONTROLLER FOR A SEMICONDUCTOR STORAGE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A bidirectional RAID controller for a semiconductor storage device is provided to supply a stable operation between a semiconductor storage device memory disk unit and a data path and approve real time selection between data paths supplied by RAID electric networks. CONSTITUTION: A disk connection controller(820A) is connected to a semiconductor storage device memory disk unit set including a first disk mount, a second disk mount and a volatile semiconductor memory set. A bidirectional RAID controller(890) is connected to a first disk controller(830A), a second disk controller(830B) and the disk connection controller. A host connection controller(880) is connected to a first host interface, a second host interface and the bidirectional RAID controller. The bidirectional RAID controller analyzes a condition of the first disk controller and the second disk controller and determines a data path.
