PURPOSE: A bed having sanitary utilities is provided to provide a various sanitary treatments and cleaning unit, and to control the temperature and pressure of cleansing water, thereby being capable of conducting various sanitary treatments. CONSTITUTION: A bed having sanitary utilities comprises a main body(10), a bidet unit(30), a cleaning unit(40), and a controller(50). The body has a middle frame between an upper body(12) and a lower body. The bidet unit comprises one of a toilet bowl and cushion(38) in a lower direction of an opening(17). The cleaning unit has a container(41) for supplying shampoo and cleansing water. The controller controls the angle of the upper body and the lower body, changes the place of the cushion and the toilet bowl, and controls the temperature and pressure of a cleansing water.
