PURPOSE: A payment method using a portable terminal and a system thereof are provided to remotely pay through a portable terminal so that user information is protected. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) produces a payment queue and sends the payment queue to other terminals. The portable terminal produces payment information by adding payment unit information to a payment request. The portable terminal sends the payment information to a system of a payment company, and requests for approval of payment through payment systems of intermediary companies(1041-104N).
