<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a paper container which drastically reduces the using amount of an adhesive, can be manufactured by an extremely simple method, and is excellent in design. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the paper container comprising a container body A formed of a cylindrical sidewall a and a base plate b and a lid body B formed of a cylindrical sidewall a' and a top plate c, a container body or a lid body is manufactured through: a step of cutting out a blank in which the cylindrical sidewalls a and a' have a specific length, a specific height and a tongue piece; a step of imparting a small amount of an adhesive to a folding part; a step of folding, piling and bonding upper and lower folding parts onto sidewalls to attain an exterior material; a step of piling up, with a level difference, a reinforcing material onto the exterior material for which the folding parts are piled up with the adhesive to attain a sidewall piled-up body; a step of bending the piled-up body to manufacture the cylindrical sidewalls a and a'; and a step of fixing the base plate or the top plate to the level difference of the obtained cylindrical sidewalls a and a' with the adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
