<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam reaction device capable of uniformly and efficiently performing sterilization, or insecticidal and ovicidal action to foodstuffs such as grains, feeds or the like by using the superheated steam, capable of perform preservation and transformation under a good condition by separating the superheated steam used from the foodstuffs, the feeds or the like, and capable of obtaining the foodstuffs, the feeds or the like with stable quality. <P>SOLUTION: The superheated steam reaction device 1 for performing the sterilization of an article 3 to be treated by bringing the article 3 to be treated into contact with the superheated steam 2, includes: a reaction piping path 4 arranged along the vertical direction, provided with a feeding part 8 through which the article 3 to be treated is supplied on its upper part, and provided with a discharging part 9 through which the sterilized article 3 to be treated is discharged on its lower part; a steam feeding means 5 provided in the intermediate part in the vertical direction of the reaction piping path 4, and for feeding the superheated steam 2 into the reaction piping path 4; and a separator 6 connected with the discharging part 9 of the reaction piping path 4, and provided inside with a guide member 14 for separating the superheated steam 2 and the article 3 to be treated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
