FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises rectangular frame 14 arranged on container body top section, two lateral toothed drums 10 arranged on container left and right to run on their shafts, cover 16 with racks 9 arranged on cover bottom left and right, top axles with blades to feed wastes and bottom axles with mincing blades, and cover opening mechanism. Toothed wheels are arranged inside said drums fitted on ends of every axle to interact with drum teeth. Cover opening mechanism comprises toothed wheels 8, 9 driven by pedal 12. Said drive revolves the cover with racks for them to interact with top teeth of every drum for the latter to run. Toothed drums 10 drive toothed wheels to run axles with blades.
