FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely a bearing member comprising a cannula device to be used in introduction devices (delivery devices) for drug delivery to a patient under controlled conditions, and an insertion device for insertion of the cannula device into the bearing member. The introduction device comprises a cannula device to be inserted in the bearing member, the bearing member and an introduction portion. The cannula device comprises a body and at least one membrane together limiting at least one cavity. The cannula device additionally comprises the cannula inserted in the body and connected through a fluid medium with at least one cavity. The cannula device is provided with means for attachment of the cannula device to the bearing member. Said means are arranged on a proximal side of the cannula device. The bearing member comprises a receiver portion used to envelop the cannula device, a section to be placed on patient's skin, and fastening elements. The introduction portion comprises fastening elements matched with those on the bearing member. At least a reservoir and a feed means provide controlled drug delivery from the reservoir to the patient. The insertion portion is arranged on the bearing member when used. A junction providing fluid supply from the reservoir of the introduction portion to the bearing member may be placed at various angles relatively to the bearing members. The insertion device is designed for insertion of the cannula device into the bearing member of said introduction device. The insertion device comprises a first portion for insertion and a second portion for insertion, and an injection needle. The second portion for insertion is connected with the injection needle. The injection needle is detachably connected with the cannula of the cannula device. The first portion for insertion covers the injection needle in an inactive position. The first portion for insertion is coupled with the second portion for insertion. The first portion for insertion is provided with guides interacting with the matched guides of the second portion for insertion for guiding the mutually sliding first and second portions for insertion. The guides of the first and second portions for insertion enable the injection needle projecting by the first portion for insertion when the insertion device is activated.EFFECT: invention provides the cannula device which may be used as a component in various types of the introduction devices, besides positions the cannula device correctly.16 cl, 18 dwg |
